First I want to say how awesome Ariana was. We didn't exactly start off on the right foot but like in most cases it was my fault. I am a small dealership in Texas and I wanted to transport an Expensive BMW for a friend from MI. To TX. I knew nothing about the transportation board or how it worked! All I knew was my phone was blowing up from about 15 different companies wanting me to use them to transport my vehicle! Short version... Ariana took the time to explained how everything worked! I just knew in my gut that I could trust her. She exceeded my expectations as did the driver who actually showed up earlier than expected! Here's what I really want everyone to know... we all have our jobs to perform to the best of our abilities. We are put here to be of service for others. Too often it's just a paycheck and we complain about the day to day things that strike a nerve! What the employees at Sonic don't see enough is the joy and happiness that is a direct result of their efforts. So I'm including a video clip of my friend surprising his wife with her new vehicle. Trust me this is just one example of what you at Sonic do for thousands of people everyday! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for not just a job well done but for actually caring about how you perform your job and making people happy! Arians you rock!
