I hired sonic to transport my sons car back to Jacksonville after it broke down in Orlando. Their price was the lowest which gave me some pause. Then they told me the driver had cancelled. So I was upset to say the least. What happened next however was truly exceptional. Gregory found me another driver quickly. Kept the same price. The car was picked up and delivered without issue. The driver was super informative, keeping me updated throughout. If I could give six stars I would. Highly recommend.
