How it works
1.

Submission of Request by Client

The first thing we demand from our clients is the submission of their request. This can be done through our integrated website, phone, or email. What we demand is the necessary information to decide the best available option for you. And we do this through the following steps:

  • On the first screen, we demand you to input the year, make, and model of your vehicle. But should your vehicle not be on the list, please email us.
  • Next, you should mark whether the vehicle to be relocated runs or not. Please keep in mind, if the vehicle starts, that doesn't mean it runs. What we accept as a vehicle that runs is a vehicle that starts, moves on its own power, and breaks when needed.
  • On the following screen, we demand to know the current location of your vehicle and its destination. This we ask by inserting the zip codes of both locations.
  • Another important thing we ask for is the timing of the project and your comfort level. The options are flexible. Do you want the relocation done immediately or on a specific date?

On the next step, we demand your contact details (name, email, and phone number) so that your quote can be saved under your name.

2.

We Provide Estimate

During the quotation process, there are many factors to be considered. These factors may take some time, but we try as much as possible to reduce the time. And to fulfill our mission of affordable vehicle relocation service, our certified sales agents will complete an internal application for you. We consider all variables to provide you with the most accurate and affordable pricing.

One of the major factors we put into consideration when quoting you a price is distance. However, the idea that the further away locations are from each other the more costly the transport is not always the case. If we happen to we have drivers heading to and from the same location as you, your transport won't cost full price but merely a fraction.

Other factors we consider for an estimate may include the length of the vehicle and its condition, vehicle type and height, vehicle ground clearance and curb weight, and finally its running condition. Every quote we provide will have an option for either open transport or enclosed. Our insurance coverage for both is the same but some clients prefer having their vehicle closed, while others prefer it opened.

3.

Service Selection and Contract Agreement

After reviewing all the available options, we let you decide on an offer. It is after the selection we then collect all the necessary pieces of information we need for the transfer of your vehicle. The information we need at this point is:

  • The timing of our appointment
  • Your desired location for the vehicle
  • Confirmation of the condition of the vehicle, and more.

We add all of this precise information to the contract and send it to you. We ensure everything is put into writing to avoid any misleading error, miscommunication, or future misunderstanding. And also, we want our customers to feel safe whenever they make a deal with us. We are very open in business and we use this to assure you that we don't make changes after an agreement, neither do we come up with hidden fees.

Our certified agents are ever ready to be of assistance to you. Should you have any question, dissatisfaction, or in need of clarification, they are ready to help. For your satisfaction, you can choose to sign the contract either manually or electronically. Whatever is convenient for you is convenient for us. With the contract signed, we schedule a date for the project immediately.

4.

Pick Up

On the agreed date and time, a transportation vehicle will arrive at the given location. But before we begin the loading procedure, the driver will first conduct a proper inspection of the vehicle to be transported. We mark every imperfection noticed about the vehicle and notify you of everything noticed. We also inspect the floor of the hauler that will transport your vehicle to ensure there isn't anything loose that could potentially damage your vehicle.

The safety of your vehicle from the moment we begin the transportation process to the time we deliver it at the right location is our priority. So, we do our part by ensuring our transportation vehicle is in good condition.

After this, the driver will move your vehicle to the dedicated space on the hauler, making sure it goes on in and out in a specific order. The stabilizer bars are then lowered to ensure the weight is balanced for maximum reinforcement and security. Once your vehicle is on the hauler, the driver secures it by adding straps to both the front and rear of the vehicle. And with every stop made during the transport, the driver will test the load on the strap.

5.

Delivery of the vehicle

Please be informed that on the day of the delivery of your vehicle, we'll most probably be picking up vehicles and delivering to other customers as well. The driver will deliver along the way to the farthest location. This means closer customers are likely to get their delivery done earlier. Your vehicle will travel to other pick up and delivery locations, but will most probably not be moved again until it gets to your final destination. For convenience, the driver will demand to meet you at a location suitable for the drop-off. There will be a few vehicles on board, therefore, an open space where the driver can turn around, as well as load and unload other vehicles will be picked. It is then the strap holding your vehicle will be removed, the delivery report will be finalized, and the driver will do the following:

  • Inspect the vehicle and provide a delivery report to the customer
  • Unload the vehicle and hand over the keys at the final destination
  • If the vehicle was picked up from a commercial facility and there is information that needs to be passed down, our driver will provide everything learned about the vehicle.

Please, we demand that you allocate approximately an hour of your time for the post-delivery step. All is for the care and safety of your vehicle.
